For National Associations

Mentoring

The Swedish association of company lawyers (Bolagsjuristernas Förening (BJF) has developed and tested a program by which the more senior members of the association act as mentors to persons who are new to the profession or have taken on new responsibilities within a legal department. This program is well structured and takes into account the time constraints of all in-house lawyers.  This program can be an inspiration for other national associations. The attached presentation gives you some more detail.
