ECLA reserves the right to share with its member organizations and partners and prospective partners the generic data obtained by the web site host on a no name basis. Such data are limited to usage time and frequency, national origin of users and the areas of the  website visited.

Any information about users, will not be made availble unless there is a court order without appeal possibilities.
