This Task Force focuses on legislative developments and jurisprudence in Europe mostly relating to recourse of a multitude of parties in litigation in the field of product liability and financial markets. Experience can be shared among the ECLA membership and will be posted in the Best Practices part of the ECLA website. The Task Force will also assist the ECLA Executive Board if there is a need for lobbying at the EU or on a national level. Meetings are not scheduled on a regular basis. Issues can be raised by all ECLA members. Delegates can express interest by contacting the Secretary of the Task Force Paul de Jonge at pdejonge@ecla.org.
