This Task Force focuses on legislative developments in Europe mostly relating to business law in the widest sense of the word. The Task Force monitors legislative developments in the EU under discussion in Rome (UNIDROIT), Vienna / New York (UNCITRAL) and The Hague (The Hague Conference on International Private Law).  Meetings are not scheduled on a regular basis.
